The Pattni Business Accelerator

Digital growth for Pattni businesses

Professional websites and digital products at preferential community rates—with 5% of every qualifying community project helping support the wider Pattni community.

Websites, online stores and digital product MVPs.

Why Pattni Digital

Professional work, community rates, community return

Three commitments sit behind every project: how it is priced, how it is delivered, and what it puts back into the community.

  • Community pricing

Preferential rates for members of the Pattni community, so a professional build is a realistic decision for a smaller business or a first venture.

    • A published community price and standard price for every package
    • The same delivery standard whichever rate applies
    • Eligibility confirmed during the project application process
  • Professional delivery

Structured planning, design, development, testing and launch. You know the scope, the price and the sequence before anything is built.

    • A written scope agreed before work begins
    • Responsive implementation and pre-launch testing
    • Launch support, handover and 30 days of bug support
  • Community impact

Five percent of qualifying community-project development fees is allocated to the Pattni Digital Community Fund, and reported openly as work is delivered.

    • Funded from our own development fees, not from client add-ons
    • Applies to qualifying community projects, not to every project
    • Pattni Digital is a commercial business, not a registered charity

5% of qualifying community-project fees goes to the Pattni Digital Community Fund.

How we work

A clear process from idea to launch

Five stages, each with a defined outcome, so you always know where the project is and what happens next.

  1. Understand

We discuss the business, audience, goals and required outcome.

  2. Define

We agree the scope, deliverables, timescale and price.

  3. Design

We establish the structure, content hierarchy and visual direction.

  4. Build

The website or product is developed, reviewed and tested.

  5. Launch

The final product is deployed, handed over and supported.

Before a project starts

Work begins once three things are in place. Until then, nothing is committed on either side.

  • Scope approval
  • Agreement acceptance
  • Initial payment

Who we support

Built for businesses at different stages

From a first professional website to a working digital product, the same delivery model applies.

  • New entrepreneurs

A first professional presence for a business that is just beginning to trade.

  • Established Pattni businesses

Replacing an ageing website with something that reflects the business as it is today.

  • Retail and e-commerce brands

Selling online properly, with a catalogue and checkout that can grow with demand.

  • Professional-service firms

Clear service information and a dependable route for new client enquiries.

  • Hospitality and food businesses

Menus, locations, bookings and orders that work well on a phone.

  • Community organisations

Straightforward information, events and contact routes for members.

  • Founders developing a platform or digital tool

A focused first version of a product idea, built so it can be tested with real users.

Community eligibility is currently confirmed during the project application process. A formal membership model may be introduced later.

Questions

The things people ask first

More detail on scope, pricing and third-party costs sits on the services and packages page.

  • Who qualifies for Pattni community pricing?
Community pricing is intended for Pattni businesses, entrepreneurs and community organisations. Eligibility is currently confirmed during the project application process rather than through a membership scheme. Standard pricing is available to everyone else, and the delivery standard is the same either way.
  • What does the initial price include?
The package price covers the Pattni Digital development scope agreed in writing before work starts: planning, design, build, testing, launch support and the stated revision rounds. Anything outside that written scope is quoted separately so there is no ambiguity later.
  • Are hosting and software costs included?
No. Third-party charges such as domain registration, hosting, Shopify or platform subscriptions, premium software, API usage and payment-processing fees are normally separate and paid to the provider. We identify which ones apply to your project before you commit.
  • Can I request functionality outside a package?
Yes. The packages are starting points rather than limits. Additional pages, integrations or features are scoped and quoted separately, and a project that does not fit any package can be quoted as a bespoke piece of work.
  • How long does a project usually take?
A Digital Starter website is typically two to three weeks, Business Growth three to five weeks, and a focused MVP six to ten weeks. Those timescales run from the point all required content, access and approvals are provided, and they are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
  • What happens after launch?
Every project includes a 30-day bug-support period covering the delivered scope, along with handover so you can manage the site yourself. Ongoing maintenance, new features or further development are arranged separately.
